As our Contractor Strategy Manageryou will play a crucial role in nurturing our most important contractor relationships to grow those accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships with key contractor accounts driving growth in construction projects securing renewals and encouraging advocacy for Gordians services.
- Consistently meet or surpass growth goals for key account revenue contributing to the companys financial objectives.
- Engage with contractor accounts regularly through calls emails and onsite meetings to understand their needs and address concerns.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans that outline how to maintain and grow each account.
- Build strong relationships by understanding their business goals and aligning our services to meet those goals.
- Analyze key account performance including revenue projections. Regularly prepare and present reports on account performance.
- Work in tandem with contractors to secure a steady stream of construction projects and engage new owners expanding Gordians market presence.
- Act as a liaison for key accounts swiftly addressing and resolving any issues to maintain trust and satisfaction.
- Partner with internal teams across Sales Operations Customer Success Finance and Legal to deliver a cohesive account management strategy and contractor experience.
- Collaborate with the Product team to translate contractor feedback into meaningful product and service enhancements.
- Foster an organizational culture that places high value on contractors recognizing them as essential partners.
- Ability to travel up to 50.
Qualifications
- 7 years experience in sales customer success or customer service.
- Candidates with experience in the construction industry showcasing a deep understanding of contractor needs will be preferred.
- Strong sales acumen with experience in sales processes negotiation and closing deals.
- Experienced in developing and executing strategic account plans.
- Ability to visualize interpret and present data and sales analytics to inform decisionmaking and account strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain contractor relationships.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks across numerous contractor accounts while working collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
- A commitment to advocating for the needs of contractors ensuring the delivery of solutions that not only meet but exceed their expectations.
