mPower is a womanowned small business looking for a wellrounded Student Registrar Support Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and personnel support for the Expeditionary Combat Skills (ECS) course. This role involves managing student records coordinating personnelrelated processes supporting course logistics and overseeing student tracking and documentation. One of the four coordinators will also serve as the primary point of contact for workload distribution and quality control within the Student Support team.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage student checkin and checkout processes including indoctrination briefings for groups of up to 65 students.
Allocate work assignments monitor progress ensure quality of deliverables and meet deadlines.
Provide coaching and training to team members on procedures work processes and software tools.
Prepare and maintain student records and class enrollment data using spreadsheets and databases.
Generate reports rosters and statistical data to support operational and planning needs.
Coordinate with Personnel Support Detachment (PSD) and Training Support Organization (TSO) staff regarding student pay personnel matters and order modifications.
Prepare graduation certificates and required training documentation.
Submit No Show Reports and Missed Training Opportunity (MTO) messages within specified timeframes.
Ensure the accuracy and security of student and personnel data adhering to all PII and Privacy Act regulations.
Draft edit and review official correspondence according to Navy formatting standards.
Manage email and official message traffic through platforms like C2 Official Information eXchange (C2OIX).
Update and maintain the Corporate Enterprise and Training Activity Resource System (CeTARS).
Prepare and deliver weekly Dashboard Reports and annual reports such as Hot Wash data calls.
Support general clerical operations including receptionist duties supply coordination and special projects.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
o Preferred: Associate degree with 2 years of experience or a bachelors degree in a businessrelated field.
Minimum of 4 years of administrative experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Access PowerPoint).
Familiarity with government procedures and military organizational structure.
Knowledge of personnel administration and basic purchasing processes.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines.
Working understanding of the Privacy Act and protection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable with public speaking and conducting briefings in front of groups (up to 65 students).
