Location:Thorpe Park Leeds. Hybrid working.

As a Learning Consultant youll play a key role in creating engaging learning experiences for both new and existing colleagues helping to shape and develop the Lowell culture. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to deliver training both facetoface and virtually.
What Youll Do:
- Create and deliver engaging training materialthat empowers our team to excel.
- Develop innovative learning programstailored to the needs of our employees.
- Curate content on our online platformthat is meaningful engaging and meets requirements.
- Stay uptodateand ensure all development initiatives and materials align with Group standards and reflect regional needs.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in learning and development preferably within the financial services sector.
- Strong communication skillsand the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Creative mindsetwith a passion for continuous improvement.
- Proven track recordof designing and implementing successful training programs.
