Sales Coordinator Job Description
As a member of our Hospitality Team you will be the face of the Woodhouse brand the first impression a guest has of our spa. Whether a guest visits us to purchase a gift card book an appointment learn about our unique transformative services or embark on a luxurious retreat you will help facilitate each guests time at the spa from beginning to end.
- Support inventory management and sales of luxury skincare or wellness brands.
- Assist in upselling luxury services upgrades and retail products aligned with client preferences
- Act as a personalized point of contact for guests booking signature treatments or spa journeys.
- Maintain records of guest preferences past treatments and special requests for a highly tailored experience.
- Ensure seamless coordination of group bookings
- Serve as a liaison between the therapists and the leadership team facilitating the flow of information
