Internal Sales / BDC Associate
Location: Orlando FL

Are you an energetic dependable professional with a passion for customer service and sales Lexus of Orlando is seeking a fulltime Internal Sales / BDC Associate to join our highperforming Business Development Center. If you have a cando attitude strong communication skills and a drive to create a worldclass guest experience we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly and accurately respond to incoming phone and internet sales leads
- Build rapport and strong customer relationships to generate appointments and conversions
- Use CRM software for efficient prospecting and consistent followup
- Actively participate in training to develop indepth product knowledge
- Deliver a luxurylevel experience to every guest
Qualifications:
- Dependable team player with a positive and enthusiastic outlook
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Strong focus on guest satisfaction and professional presentation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
