CA IrvineWhat youll do:
The Customer Service Representative will be handling customer inquiries about our products. These inquiries come from a variety of lead sources and are the result of both inbound and outbound efforts. The Customer Service Representative performs a basic level of lead qualification typically following a scripted presentation.*This is a career path role into becoming a Loan Officer. We will train and prepare you for a successful sales career within a short time frame.
- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls while delivering a high level of professionalism and customer service to our clients
- Performing a minimum number of transfers per day to available agents
- Contact prospective clients to generate interest in our mortgage products
- Communicating effectively over the phone with the ability to escalate customer complaints and concerns to appropriate departments
- Multitasking effectively by speaking and entering client data into the AmeriHome Mortgage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
What youll need:
- 2 years of relevant inside sales experience
- Prior customer service experience preferably in a call center environment
- College education is preferred. High School diploma or GED required.
- Comfortable meeting production goals in a deadlinedriven environment
- Able to work well in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work various shifts
