Job Description
Cameo Consulting Group LLC is a management consulting practice based out of Alexandria VA. Cameo is currently seeking multiple specialists to provide workforce requirements determination (WRD) analyticaland clerical support services for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) in Washington D.C.
JOB TITLE: Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Project Manager
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project planning and completion of call orders ensuring alignment with scope budget and timeline.
- Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans allocating resources managing budgets and ensuring compliance with government regulations and policies.
- The role also involves risk management quality assurance and providing regular progress updates to stakeholders including government representatives.
- The Project Manager will lead and coordinate internal teams and external contractors resolving issues mitigating risks and ensuring that all deliverables meet the required standards.
- Additionally the Project Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate project documentation managing contract requirements and fostering effective communication with all parties involved.
- Senior level consultant possessing demonstrated knowledge and extensive experience in development of solutions across complex tasks in multiple organizations.
- Leads the team analysis compliance reviews for documents and forms and all other relevant tasks necessary to support client performance work statement development and/or evaluation.
- Applies specialty knowledge of best practices methods and may provide support for project team.
- Provides subject matter knowledge to project team members and client contacts.
- May provide program management support based on deep knowledge of specialty standards.
- Assists in defining project objectives and strategic direction.
- Responsible for providing leadership and vision to client and project teams and serves as a key facilitator between multiple teams to achieve objectives of complex efforts.
- Demonstrates outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in relevant field such as business management and/or human resources management.
- Five 5 years of experience applying their specialty in workforce requirements analysis or similar analytics.
- Experience providing workforce requirements analysis for Federal agencies as a Federal employee or contractor.
- Preferred but not required: Previous experience support the USCG with similar requirements.
PLACE OF PERFORMANCE:
The primary place of performance will be at the USCG Headquarters in Washington D.C. located at 2701 Martin Luther King Jr Ave SE Washington DC 20593.
ADDITIONAL TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
The Contractor should anticipate the need for up to two 2 trips per project/study to the studied unit locations (schedule and location to be determined for each call order) for formal and informal reviews working groups and meetings to support Workforce Requirements Analysis phases.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Consist of an initial 12month base period of performance four subsequent 12month option periods.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Employees must generally perform all work between the hours of 0730 and 1600 ET Monday
through Friday (except Federal holidays). However there may be occasions when Contractor employees
shall be required to work other than normal business hours including weekends and holidays to fulfill
requirements under this PWS. Legal holidays observed by the Government include:
- January 1st
- 3rd Monday of January
- 3rd Monday of February
- Last Monday of May
- June 19th
- July 4th
- 1st Monday of September
- 2nd Monday of October
- November 11th
- 4th Thursday in November
- December 25th
When one of the above designated legal holidays falls on a Sunday the following Monday will be observed as a legal holiday. When a legal holiday falls on a Saturday the preceding Friday is observed as a holiday by U.S. Government Agencies.
