As a Product Marketing Manager on the Prime Video Channels (PVC) US Marketing team you will own the inapp and outofapp customer experience. You will work collaboratively with Product teams to identify merchandising needs for new launches anticipate customer requirements and ensure timely support. Your projects will vary in scope from shortterm improvements to larger initiatives.

Serving as the bridge between Marketing and Product you will translate marketing needs into product requirements and vice versa. You will drive enhancements to the customer experience ensuring the voice of our US customers is heard.

Directly responsible for the Storefront and Fire TV customer experience you will monitor performance implement merchandising recommendations and work to increase engagement with our service. You will define measure and optimize the merchandising strategy for Prime Video inapp placements.

With an eye for compelling merchandising and a passion for data analysis you will set goals and measure the success of your efforts. You will learn from and share best practices across Prime Video teams. Familiarity with movies and TV shows is a plus as you will work in a fastpaced detailoriented environment focused on meeting deadlines.

Key job responsibilities
Develop and execute PVCs merchandising roadmap for FireTVs outofapp experience collaborating with Fire TV and PV Hub marketing teams to maximize customer engagement
Partner with product and engineering teams to validate and launch features shaping the product roadmap to align with business needs and partner priorities
Drive content scheduling automation and process improvements based on campaign manager feedback and crossfunctional collaboration
Drive PV storefront optimization through datadriven testing of content messaging and navigation; document insights and establish best practices
Own storefront merchandising performance driving improvements in impression and conversion metrics
Author documents to build business cases for strategic initiatives


A day in the life
Lead regular stakeholder meetings to track and influence businesscritical product initiatives
Provide strategic guidance as storefront subject matter expert for PVC on Fire TV
Establish mechanisms to highlight performance trends and strategic priorities
Identify new inapp and out of app merchandising levers
Plan and drive storefront experimentation
Troubleshoot high priority storefront CX issues
Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and execute


5 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
Experience with in app messaging and mobile marketing platforms (Braze Iterable LeanPlum Swrve Adobe Localytics etc.
Experience managing large amounts of data including customer segments and online campaign metrics

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
