Your mission:
In this role you will oversee IT initiatives across multiple business functions including Service Customer Care and Operations. You will ensure the successful of transformation projects aligning IT solutions with business goals.
What else will you be doing as Head of IT Services
Act as the Business Relationship Manager (BRM) collaborating with functional process owners to develop IT roadmaps for Service Customer Care and other business functions;
Serve as the first point of contact for ITrelated issues liaising between Business Services IT thirdparty vendors and business functions;
Lead major IT transformation projects focusing on customer experience improvements for field technicians and sales teams;
Work closely with the HY PMO and CIO to build project roadmaps allocate resources and ensure capacity planning;
Oversee IT project scoping requirements gathering and software deployment ensuring projects stay on track;
Lead ERP transformation projects focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 and Microsoft Field Services;
Oversee the Salesforce to D365 migration and integration with Google Cloud;
Mediate between business and IT resolving conflicts and coordinating companywide IT strategy in close collaboration with stakeholders.

Thanks to your strong background in IT Services and similar experience in a senior role within an international matrix organisation you can immediately hit the ground running;
You know how important it is for IT and business to work closely together which means you are great in stakeholder management openminded and you enjoy balancing strategic and handson topics;
You have a deep understanding of IT transformations including system migrations and integrations (D365 Salesforce ...;
Fluent in English good German knowledge is preferred.
