Job Description
Aiimi is seeking an experienced handson Change Manager to join us on a 3month fixedterm or contract basis starting as soon as possible ideally youll be immediately available or on a short notice period. This role is perfect for someone with a strategic mindset whos not afraid to get into the details and drive real practical change.
Youll be working directly with one of our clients to drive business change initiatives providing expert guidance and handson support throughout the change lifecycle. Youll be embedded within the client team helping to shape and execute plans that deliver real impact. This is a clientfacing role with an expectation to be onsite in Bradford 23 days per week.
A day in the life of an Aiimi Change Manager:
- Develop and execute robust change and communication plans.
- Design and deliver stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Support the creation and implementation of training and development plans.
- Contribute to the design of governance and operating models.
- Provide handson change support to projects acting as a trusted advisor.
- Monitor and report on change impact readiness and adoption.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business change and change management preferably in fastpaced or transformationheavy environments.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to deliver tactically and manage competing priorities.
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable operating both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong stakeholder management skills from exec level to operational teams.
- Able to work onsite in Bradford 23 days per week.
- Prosci certification and/or NSP Change Practitioner credentials.
- Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
