How will you have an impact in this role
This position will mainly be responsible for lawn and landscape maintenance and will provide an outstanding customer experience by meeting the customers needs and demonstrating technical competence. You will always be a champion of the Landus GPS and the Landus Way Agility Courage Teamwork and Speed (A.C.T.S)
How will you have an impact in this role
- Lawn and yard care:
- Mows and weedeats lawns
- Cleans and maintains flower beds and landscaping
- Customer Service Specialist:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by prompt attention assisting or directing customers to the appropriate areas to meet their needs.
- Perform operations for incoming/outgoing scale traffic in accordance to established procedures. (weighing sampling grading and ticketing)
- Ensure that the work area is kept clean and organized.
- Adhere to Landus Cooperatives safety policies and procedures.
- Champion of safety compliance throughout organization.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather
- Ability to safety operate a push mower riding mower eater and other hand tools.
- Must be able to move/lift up to 50 pounds.
