Job Description:

We are looking for a detailoriented and highly motivated Oracle Primavera Unifier Systems Support Specialist to join our team as an implementation support resource for a digital transformation project located in Tampa Bay Florida. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of handson experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier in a configurator or support role. This job requires someone with the ability to analyze data generate adhoc reports and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. As this role is customer facing candidates will need to demonstrate an understanding of the demands within a customer service and support role by prioritizing the clients needs and showing a high degree of comprehension skills when actively listening to customer requests. Further candidates will need to demonstrate clear concise and effective communications abilities as this role will require constant multilateral communications between the customer and implementations teams. A high level of skill regarding Excel is a must and selected candidates will need to demonstrate proficiency as part of the vetting process. Selected candidates must be located within Tampa Bay Florida or will be required to relocate. This job requires in office attendance 5 days a week or as requested by the client organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clientfacing support over a Oracle Primavera Unifier environment including direct customer support to client endusers.
  • Collaborate with implementation team members to support digital transformation efforts as requested.
  • Provide application and solution support to the client regarding Oracle Primavera Unifier and associated integrations reports and associated software applications.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis report generation and creating adhoc reports.
  • Support data migrations and assist in migration related tasks.
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for users including training and assisting with system navigation.
  • Work with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and ensure system configurations align with business needs.
  • Effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders in facetoface settings to gather feedback and offer solutions.
  • Identify and escalate risks and issues in a timely manner to project management and engagement leadership including recommendations around mitigations and solutions.
  • Learn and adapt quickly to new software and tools as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in engineering or computer science is a plus.
  • 12 years of experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier (uDesigner) configuration.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas pivot tables macros etc..
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience with a focus on clear communication and problemsolving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to generate adhoc reports quickly and accurately.
  • Experience with BI Publisher and PowerBI.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
