Job Description Operations lead
FullTime BE/ knowledge of Oracle Database Oracle EBS R12 Oracle Apps SQL PL/SQL and Java and Oracle 12i Application Object Library (AOL).
Strong Knowledge of Services Modules
Ability to work in global team and perform as a team player.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Exposure to Oracle Cloud/Oracle Fusion will be added Advantage.
Exposure to Oracle Cloud (OCI)
Exposure to Unix Linux
Exposure to Oracle SQL Performance Tunning Knowledge
Exposure to Github JIRA
10 yrs. of relevant HandsOnExperience on Oracle Applications
Lead the Incident Management Problem Management and Event Management for Enterprise Services.
Ability to analyze and identify root causes and implement solutions.
Proficiency in analyzing incident data to identify trends and prevent future occurrences.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Skill in guiding team documenting incidents actions taken and resolutions clearly and concisely.
Providing support and updates to affected users or customers.
Ability to prioritize incidents based on their impact and urgency.
Coordinating with different teams and departments to resolve incidents.
Managing time effectively to handle multiple incidents by team .
Making quick and informed decisions.
Leading and motivating a team of incident responders.
Developing and maintaining incident response plans and procedures.
Implementing lessons learned from past incidents to improve future responses.
Ensuring incident management processes comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Proficiency in using tools like ServiceNow JIRA or other incident management platforms.
Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools to detect incidents early.
Using automation tools to streamline incident response processes
Understanding and addressing the concerns of affected users.
