What you will be doing

As part of DXCs Social Impact Practice (SIP) Leadership Team you will work with executive leadership to set the growth strategy for the SIP. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the Social Impact team working with our sales team to leverage the benefits of our social impact work and oversee the implementation of key programs especially the DXC Dandelion program. Where required you will need to partner internally with business leaders and externally with key providers.

Your role is focussed on three key areas:

Supporting the sales team/s with integrating SIP offerings including the DXC Dandelion program. Ensuring sales and operational programs run effectively including managing 3rd party relationships. Leading the SIP team including setting strategic direction and goals resource allocation performance management and talent retention.

You will have a proven ability to perform as a leader and be ready to build strong relationships within a complex internal stakeholder environment including senior internal stakeholders and external partners.

In addition you will have a focus for continuous improvement and seek to capitalise on opportunities to further streamline and improve the sales programs.

To succeed you are an engaging leader skilled in both leading people and working closely with sales teams to provide technical and operational support. A demonstrated successful track record in a similar role and experience working in a fastpaced environment is required.

This position can be located anywhere in Australia.
