AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design planning delivery and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words were the people who keep the cloud running. AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr. TPM) to join our Supply Chain Automation team. This role will drive highvisibility largescale innovative system solutions for our AIS supply chain systems used to fulfill server and networking racks globally. As the Sr. TPM you will act as the business leader to identify improvements for our AIS Supply Chain fulfillment and replenishment systems while scoping design requirements in close partnership with business stakeholders and Software Development teams. You will drive delivery of largescale system improvements and lead endtoend technical program management to improve our supply chain systems.
In this role youll have the freedom to think big and challenge conventional approaches to supply chain automation. We encourage innovative thinking and experimentation with cuttingedge solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical program management experience with a background in complex electronic manufacturing supply chains. Key job responsibilities
Lead technical program management for server and networking hardware fulfillment working closely with software development teams and business stakeholders
Drive endtoend project including scoping innovative solutions solution design testing and implementation and post launch improvements
Manage change across multiple stakeholder groups including material business owners and dozens of system users
Develop and maintain project schedules identify dependencies manage risks and drive resolution of complex issues
Partner with software development teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions to ensure successful launches
Lead executive communications and status reporting to senior leadership

Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field
35 years of technical program management experience
5yrs Experience in Supply Chain or manufacturing environment
Experience managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Masters degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field
7 years of technical program management experience
7yrs Experience in supply chain or manufacturing environments
Knowledge of agile development methodologies
Experience with change management and process implementation
Track record of delivering results in fastpaced ambiguous environments
Strong data analysis skills and experience with SQL

The base pay for this position ranges from $133900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231400/year in our highest geographic market.
