Your mission
Sunst Studio is looking for a Senior Creative Lead to join our team in Berlin Kreuzberg. In this fulltime role youll take the lead on a highimpact account shaping concepts and steering creative excellence from start to finish. Youll work closely with producers guide our talented team and help deliver work thats bold refined and rooted in cultural relevance.
Youll lead the development of design conceptssketching ideas creating design directions and crafting thoughtful briefs that keep the team aligned and inspired.
Youll collaborate closely with the producer shaping the creative vision and making sure the work consistently hits our high standards.
Youll own the creative production process from top to bottomkeeping a sharp eye on every detail as ideas evolve into final deliverables.
Youll build polished impactful presentation decks that clearly communicate creative intentfor everything from brand activations to broader concept pitches.
Youll lead conversations with clients presenting ideas with confidence and helping them connect with the vision behind the work.
Youll support and mentor the design team creating space for experimentation collaboration and creative growth.
Your profile
Youve got 56 years of experience as an Art Director or Creative Lead with a portfolio that shows strong visual thinking and conceptual depth.
Ideally youre already based in Berlin or open to relocating for the right opportunity.
You bring retail & brand experience to the tableable to design for realworld environments while creating powerful onbrand activations.
Youre innovationcurious: always exploring new creative tools and ideas while keeping your work visually intentional and designled.
Youve led endtoend productions managing everything from early ideas to the final rolloutalways with precision and a calm cando mindset.
You thrive in the details. Timelines deliverables quality checksyouve got it handled without ever losing creative focus.
Your background in graphic design gives your work a strong visual foundation and youre comfortable working across formats. 3D skills (SketchUp Rhino Blender etc. are a big plus.
Youre a great communicatorclear confident and able to bring clients and teams along for the ride.
