The Director of Premium Services plays a critical leadership role in delivering an exceptional fan and guest experience within the premium areas of the venue including suites clubs and VIP spaces. This position is responsible for elevating the standard of hospitality and creating memorable hightouch experiences that drive satisfaction loyalty and longterm engagement with our premium and corporate clientele.
With a deep focus on service excellence the Director will lead all aspects of premium operationsoverseeing a team of fulltime parttime and managementlevel staff. This includes ensuring compliance with labor laws food safety and sanitation regulations and alcohol service standards. The Director fosters a culture of hospitality by actively training coaching and mentoring team members to deliver personalized anticipatory service in a fastpaced highprofile environment.
This individual will also serve as a key liaison to our premium guests cultivating authentic relationships that support retention renewals and ongoing revenue growth. A strong visible leader the Director will independently manage employee relations and champion a positive collaborative workplace culture aligned with company values.
This is a pivotal role for the success of the venues food and beverage program. The ideal candidate brings exceptional interpersonal skills polished professionalism a proactive mindset and a passion for guest experience. Open availabilityincluding evenings weekends and eventbased schedulingis required.
This role will pay an annual salary of $100000$115000 and is bonus eligible.
