- Who can apply
- Prior Technical Experience Candidates having a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 24 months of postengineering fulltime work experience in manufacturing units will be considered.
- Education Qualification Full Time BE / Chemical Electrical Mechanical Instrumentation from reputed Engineering colleges (AICTE Approved)
- Development plan Selected candidates will undergo intense technical learning programs for 6 months and post evaluation they will be absorbed into fulltime technical roles across the business.
- Onboarding:
- 6 months of training wherein candidates are exposed to Manufacturing Engineering Utility Mechanical Maintenance and Safety departments in the Chemical domain in a unit.
- Post 6 months candidates will go through an evaluation process to be finally placed across different functions like Manufacturing Engineering Utility Mechanical Maintenance and Safety
Location We have manufacturing units across India Maharashtra Gujarat Madhya Pradesh Andhra Pradesh Uttar Pradesh Jharkhand Odisha and Karnataka.
