We are looking for an ambitious and teamfocused individual to join Stryker as a Robotics Clinical Manager in Sydney NSW.

Responsibilities:

  • Motivating the team to deliver on the longterm strategy of the Mako team and Mako system

  • Engaging coaching and developing the group to ensure a high level of technical competency and ability to create a great customer experience

  • Case Support providing realtime assistance during Joint Replacement surgeries ensuring optimal product performance and patient outcomes.

  • Supporting and holding the team accountable driving engagement development and culture

  • Work with the Joint replacement team to ensure strategy alignment educational support and facilitate sales demand

Skills & Requirements:

  • Exposure to medical environments particular theatre

  • Technical proficiency including product knowledge knowledge of the medical and hospital industries to provide technical expertise and training to staff and clients

  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to successfully coach and develop teams.

  • Strong results orientation and ability to demonstrate experience achieving targets.

  • Demonstrate analytical problem solving and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communications skills including strong presentation skills.

  • Ultimately a people person that naturally builds genuine relationships.
