JOB PURPOSE
The Kaleidoscope Program Manager is responsible for supervising organizing and promoting the afterschool and summer programs for 3K Grade 5 students at Atlanta International School.Work Hours: MondayFriday 10:30 AM6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership
- Create and maintain a positive safe and inclusive environment for all students.
- Supervise and support staff in implementing curriculum and managing behavior.
- Collaborate on recruitment hiring training and evaluation of program staff.
- Oversee and ensure accurate daily attendance and incident reporting.
- Plan document and model best practices in child care and classroom management.
- Manage daily operations and ensure smooth of programming.
- Lead regular team meetings to review expectations lesson plans and provide staff support.
- Communicate program updates and important information to families inperson and via email.
Professional Growth
- Set and work toward annual SMART goals as part of the schools professional development process.
- Conduct an annual selfappraisal and gather feedback based on established performance indicators.
- Uphold ethical legal and professional standards while pursuing continuous learning.
Communication & Community Engagement
- Maintain visibility and approachability with staff families and other stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly and effectively to promote understanding and support for auxiliary programs.
- Ensure timely distribution of program information to staff and families.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience working with children in a structured educational setting.
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills within an educational context.
- Experience in planning and delivering programming for children in grades 3K5.
- Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Committed to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- A sense of humor and a passion for nurturing learning beyond the classroom.
