Were seeking a seasoned Product Manager to define and drive the strategic direction of our Data Centric Architecture (DCA) platform which aims to establish a single source of truth for Industrial Systems Information. The successful candidate will collaborate with software engineering and integration teams to define and prioritize the product roadmap ensuring the Data Centric Architecture platform meets the needs of the organization and informs the development of a consistent and governed data foundation.



Responsibilities

What youll do...

Key Responsibilities: Product Roadmap and Strategy:

  1. Collaborate with Product Owners to establish and contribute to the product roadmap ensuring development teams understand the strategy.
  2. Clearly communicate the product vision to team members and stakeholders.
  3. Initiate and translate the product roadmap into manageable product features in the backlog.

Prioritization and Risk Management:

  1. Understand business and user priorities technical feasibility and prioritize the product backlog to manage risks.
  2. Ensure the backlog is populated with enough prioritized content for at least one quarter.

Agile Software Processes:

  1. Employ and champion Agile software processes culture best practices and techniques.
  2. Actively manage features and dependencies in and across product releases.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  1. Develop and lead a team to embrace modern solution and sourcing methodologies.
  2. Build and maintain key partner relationships to implement product line strategies.

IT Partner Management:

  1. Interact with and influence senior business leaders IT partners and vendors.
  2. Demonstrate strong supplier management skills and effective negotiation skills.


Qualifications

Youll have...

  • Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. Business Engineering Information Systems Computer Science)
  • 10 years of progressive responsibilities in IT with 57 years of experience solving business problems through delivering IT solutions in design engineering and manufacturing domains.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
    • Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating professionalism in all actions.
    • Good analytical skills a processdriven work style and the ability to think strategically.
    • Ability to develop detailed customer IT and datadriven process flows.
    • Strong team player with proven ability to work crossfunctionally.

Even better you may have...

  • Masters degree in a related field (e.g. Engineering Information Systems Computer Science) preferred.
  • Experience as a Product Owner in PDO would be beneficial.
