In this role you will be reporting to the Manager of the Canadian and LP US Pipe Repair and Replacement Program in Pipeline Core Programs and responsible for overall management of multiple and varying levels of complex capital projects in the Core Programs group. There is an emphasis on pipeline integrity projects including pipeline repair and replacements geohazards and complex anomaly digs in the Liquids Pipelines US regions. You will also be accountable for overall project cost schedule and performance objectives.

What You Will Do:
Accountable to safely lead the feasibility planning development and close out phases for assigned projects.
Develop manage and execute all project plans assembling the project team defining all project roles and responsibilities developing and managing budgets and schedules.
Lead a multidisciplinary team of internal and external resources to successfully deliver projects within a program portfolio achieving predictable results while meeting operational schedule and financial expectations.
Who You Are:
University Degree or a related construction or operational training and/or experience.
7 years of related experience with Enbridge and / or LP US specific experience is preferred.
Knowledge of navigating the regulatory permitting regime.
Demonstrate the ability operate optimally and efficiently in a matrix service model.
Previous experience developing schedules track actions and drive projects to completion.
Prioritize multiple projects to meet task deliverable and deadline requirements while managing internal and external partner expectations.
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to influence and driveforward results and decisions without formal authority.
High analytical and problemsolving skills.
Passion for upholding Enbridges core values of Safety Integrity Respect Inclusion and High Performance along with our ways of working.
Preferred Skills:
Professional Engineering designation and / or Project Management certification (PMI).
Knowledge of project/program governance particularly using Agile methodology.
Working Conditions:
Office environment with some field work required (based out of Edina MN or Duluth or Cushing).
Scheduled travel to Enbridge offices operating facilities construction sites and supplier facilities 1025. A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle required to be used for business purposes.
This role would involve some travel within the US or to Canada.

For US Only:
Salary: Ranges typically between $95000 $150000 based upon experience and other market conditions.
