Key Responsibilities:
Support medium to large clients in different sectors: nonprofits healthcare and life sciences.
Develop and execute Client technology strategy to meet business objectives and drive growth. Innovate by identifying future trends and opportunities in technology.
Lead mentor and foster a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous learning.
Collaborate directly with clients to understand their business challenges and IT needs offering tailored technology solutions and best practices.
Oversee the development and integration of new technologies ensuring they enhance business productivity and provide a competitive edge.
Implement IT governance policies standards and procedures ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Identify assess and manage technology risks ensuring robust data protection cybersecurity measures and disaster recovery plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years in the IT industry with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role ideally within an IT consulting or servicebased company.
Indepth knowledge of current and emerging technologies IT architectures compliance standards and system integrations.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large teams driving performance through motivation mentorship and clear guidance.
Proven ability to work directly with clients understanding their needs and delivering strategic value through technology solutions.
Strong project management skills with a successful track record of delivering largescale IT projects on time and within budget.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
