Job Description
Afterschool Teacher Parttime Wilmington NC Monday through Friday 2:30pm6pm
AlphaBEST: After School is where adventure begins!
At AlphaBest our students are filled with curiosity and wonder! As their guide youll lead them through fun learning activities with plenty of support and training.
Locations: ALA Coastal School 1135 Pandion Drive Wilmington NC
Schedule: No weekends! Part time MondayFriday PM Hours 2:30pm6pm. Can work mornings or afternoons or both.

As an AlphaBEST Guide youll be trained to do the following:
- Lead a group of student explorers through exciting adventures in fitness the arts technology and more!
- Work collaboratively with peers to ignite childrens sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students interests and talents.
- Provide a caring familyoriented environment where positive staff child and parent relationships are fostered.
Heres what youll need:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 6 months experience instructing children in a group setting.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
