We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team and contribute to the design development and delivery of cuttingedge solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This is a highly technical and consultative role requiring a deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring handson experience in Financial Services Operations including Disputes Money Movement and Case Management and will play a key role in delivering robust solutions that support critical financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform based on user requirements and best practices
Provide expertlevel technical support for complex ServiceNow functionalities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend scalable technical solutions
Troubleshoot debug and optimize existing configurations and customizations
Stay current with industry trends and ServiceNow platform updates
Mentor junior developers and provide knowledgesharing support as needed
Contribute to project planning and may lead specific project initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer (minimum 45 years)
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and modules (especially Case Management Flow Designer and IntegrationHub)
Domain expertise in Financial Services Operations:
Disputes resolution workflows
Money Movement processes
Case Management and operational efficiency
Ability to build and customize applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform
Excellent problemsolving communication and collaboration skills
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
Nice to Have:
ServiceNow certifications (CSA CAD or other relevant certs)
Experience working with clients in the BFSI (Banking Financial Services and Insurance) domain
Integration experience with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
