Job Title: Scheduler
Location: Rochester NY
Employment Type: FullTime
Salary Range: $52000 $104000/yr.

- Davenport multispindle screw machines
- Thread rolling attachments
- Thread rolls and tooling
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Scheduler to join our operations team. This individual will be responsible for planning coordinating and adjusting schedules to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills thrive in a fastpaced environment and be experienced in using scheduling and ERP systems. Experience with SyteLine ERP is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop manage and adjust detailed schedules for production projects or service workflows.
- Collaborate with Production Procurement Sales and Logistics teams to align priorities and timelines.
- Monitor task progress and resource availability proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Update schedules in realtime and communicate changes to all relevant stakeholders.
- Use scheduling tools and ERP systems to maintain accuracy and visibility across the supply chain.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to delays or resource constraints.
- Ensure all scheduling activities support overall business objectives and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in scheduling production planning or coordination roles.
- Strong proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Excel or similar platforms).
- Excellent organizational analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadlinedriven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing production or supply chain environments.
- Working knowledge of SyteLine ERP is a strong bonus.
- Associate or Bachelors degree in Business Operations Management or related field.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement practices.
