Job descriptionLloyds Pest Control is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to help keep our service operations running smoothly. What Youll Do: - Manage Technician Schedules:Take charge of scheduling and rescheduling technician appointments in Clypboard. Youll ensure technicians are assigned routes efficiently keeping customers happy and service flowing smoothly.
- Resolve Scheduling Conflicts:Each month youll identify and resolve scheduling conflicts adjusting appointments and times to avoid disruptions.
- Support Technicians:Be the main point of contact for technicians needing help with their route or scheduling adjustments offering support when questions or issues arise.
- Coordinate Service Work:Schedule non-hard-scheduled work handle cancellations and ensure jobs are rescheduled quickly so no customer is left waiting.
- Manage Time Off and Special Requests:Track vacation holidays and special requests while ensuring technician schedules stay full and efficient.
- Customer and Account Support:Work with Accounts Receivable to resolve On Hold accounts and schedule necessary service to keep everything running smoothly.
- Administrative Tasks:Help with a variety of administrative tasks from mailing service slips to supporting new customer starts for teams.
- Team Collaboration:Work closely with management supervisors and technicians to ensure schedules align with customer needs. Youll also assist with customer calls and attend team meetings to improve processes.
What Were Looking For: Skills & Experience: - Experience with scheduling software (Clypboard is a plus) Excel and Word.
- Strong communication and customer service skills you should feel comfortable interacting with both technicians and customers.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying organized.
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or scheduling role.
Education: - High School diploma or GED required. College degree a plus.
