- Welcome customers and create a friendly engaging showroom experience
- Listen to customer needs and recommend the right vehicle
- Lead customers through test drives and the full sales process
- Negotiate deals and close sales with confidence and professionalism
- Stay informed about our latest inventory features and promotions
- Hit and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
- Participate in continuous training to grow your skills and earning potential
What Were Looking For:
- Prior experience in automotive sales or customerfacing roles preferred
- Great communication and people skillsyou know how to build trust
- A competitive spirit and goaldriven mindset
- Ability to work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment
- Comfortable with basic computer systems and CRM tools
- A valid drivers license and clean driving record
