JD from a toptier law school with a strong academic record.
Active Bar Admission in Colorado.
3 years of substantive experience in public company reporting and compliance capital markets and/or corporate governance.
Strong understanding of securities laws SEC reporting requirements and corporate governance best practices.
Experience advising clients on regulatory compliance securities offerings and corporate transactions.
Exceptional analytical writing and negotiation skills.
Counsel public and private companies on SEC reporting obligations compliance and disclosure requirements.
Advise clients on capital markets transactions including securities offerings and financings.
Provide guidance on corporate governance matters and regulatory compliance.
Assist in structuring and negotiating corporate transactions.
Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to deliver strategic legal solutions to clients across a broad range of industries.
