Location: 580 S Havana St Aurora CO 80012
Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week (closed on Sunday)
Full Time Pay Range: $8000 $12000 per month

What you will do:
Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.
Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the used vehicle sales department with assistance from the Dealer and GSM.
Source used vehicle inventory through various channels establish pricing strategies based on vehicle age and day supply and develop effective exit plans for each acquisition.
Stay informed about market trends competition and consumer buying behaviors. Adjust inventory and sales strategies accordingly to stay competitive in the local market.
Hire train motivate counsel and monitor the performance of all usedvehicle sales employees. Conduct regular performance reviews provide training and support professional growth.
What we are looking for:
Strong understanding of vehicle pricing inventory management and market analysis
Sales management or management experience in the automotive industry
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
A heart for customer care and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
Availability to work retail hours including Saturdays and holidays
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Valid Drivers License
Clean driving record with minimal accidents points or moving violations
Able to use/learn to use: CRM database Google Suite and other automotive software products as required
