Job Description
We are looking for a skilled HR Payroll Administrator to manage all tasks related to payroll processing.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality on all matters related to the position and the organization
- Processing payroll for Technicians hourly Salary and commissioned employees through CDK Payroll Plus
- Manages new hire onboarding and new hire access needed
- Maintain accurate employee files and records
- Ensures timely and accurate processing of payroll
- Performs a wide variety of payroll processing activities including processing requests data entry payroll adjustments and processing terminations
- Entering employee information and payroll data into HR system
- Responsible for ensuring company meets all state and federal regulations regarding employment
- Responsible for all employee benefits: including enrollment answering questions resolving problems and communicating information to employees along with payment to insurance providers
- Answers general questions regarding employee records and status
- Balance and post daily deposit.
- Inventory and record keeping on company shirts
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements and Experience
- Prior experience in Human Resources or Payroll is required
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all information
- Must be detailoriented and possess good organizational skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
