Summary:

Northern Trust is seeking a dynamic Sr. Lead SQL MI Engineer with an emphasis on SQL Data administration automation and Security Operations to join an organization undergoing an exciting transformation to the cloud. This person will have a strong cloud automation experience. The job will require the right candidate to build automate and secure a highly available multicloud provider infrastructure environments to protect Northern Trusts cloudhosted assets and applications. Job Description and Principal Responsibilities

• This role will have matrix alignment to the Asset Servicing Technology Organization.
• This role will be part of a multidiscipline cloud devOps technology team that is dedicated to the Omnium platform.
• Principle responsibility will be managing the SQL MI environment dedicated to the Omnium platform.
• Be proficient in scripting to help with automation
• Providing BAU support for any DB related issues
• Provide SQL optimization guidance to developers
• This role will involve working with the development team to design new database instances customized for very specific use cases
• Manage & provide guidance to offshore MI team

Salary Range:

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
