Leadership fond sur les valeurs pour relever les dfis organisationnels dun monde complexe. Interaction des trois forces critiques du leadership : le leader la personne suivant le leader et la situation y compris linfluence et le pouvoir non positionnels. Exploration de lintelligence motionnelle du caractre du leader du comportement authentique du leader travers des comptences dcoute et de communication efficaces. Les tudiants examinent leur propre aptitude au leadership par le biais de discussions en classe dexamens de cas dautovaluations et dexercices exprientiels examinant des exemples de succs et dchecs concrets de leadership sur des sujets de leur choix.

Requirements:

Doit avoir une matrise directement relie au domaine du cours et doit aussi dmontrer une exprience relie au domaine du cours; ou doit avoir un baccalaurat canadien ou son quivalent international ainsi quune dsignation professionnelle (y compris mais sans sy limiter : CPA CFA PMI CMC CRHA CHE) incluant une formation en gestion ou une formation professionnelle substantielle. Doit aussi avoir fait preuve dune exprience (normalement de 5 ans) dans des responsabilits en gestion et en leadership et dune progression de carrire; ou exceptionnellement sous rserve de lapprobation du directeur ou de la directrice du programme doit avoir une formation en gestion ou une formation professionnelle substantielle. Doit aussi avoir fait preuve dexprience (normalement de 10 ans) dans des responsabilits en gestion et en leadership et dune progression de carrire.
