Job Description
Introduction
Our client seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced FMCG Procurement Manager to oversee purchasing activities suppliers negotiations and inventory optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely procurement of raw materials packaging and services at the best possible value to support fastpaced production and distribution cycles of the business.
Must have Matric with a relevant BDegree 5years of procurement experience with at least 2 years in FMCG environment strong negotiation and vendor management skills excellent understanding of procurement best practices especially in a highvolume fastpaced setting proficient in procurement systems (e.g. SAP) ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines strong Excel skills.
