Established group hot spot restaurant in Atlantic Beach FL high energy smart/casual is looking for strong Line Cooks with at least 5 years of experience in a highvolume restaurant 250 covers a night.
We are looking for a few culinary talents to join our growing team of professional. Only looking for serious people who are hardworking passionate about food and a culinary experience enjoy learning and growth their skills. Please before you apply reread requirements.
Previous culinary experiences with immaculate record track is a must. A deal breaker.

Description
Are you passionate about cooking Do you thrive in a fastpaced kitchen environment We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Line Cook to join our team in the hospitality industry. As a Line Cook you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. If you have a love for culinary arts and enjoy working in a teamoriented setting this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards.
- Assist the kitchen team in the preparation and organizing of ingredients for service.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Clean and sanitize work areas equipment and utensils.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth operation and timely service.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures while adhering to food handling and storage guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and frontofhouse staff to ensure a smooth flow of service.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working as a line cook in a fastpaced environment.
- Previous Italian cooking experience highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining highquality food standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required.
- Food safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.
