Responsibilities
- Supervision of the social services necessary to meet the legal organizational medical staff and regulatory agency guidelines.
- Supervise therapy services case management education and discharge planning.
- Provide guidance and supervision of other social works therapists and interns.
- All duties to be done in accordance with Joint Commission Federal and State regulations PAM Health policies and procedures and Performance Improvement Standards.
Qualifications
- Must be a LMSW or LCSW in the state in which the hospital resides.
- Current BLS certification.
- Crisis management certifications per hospital policy and standards required.
- 35 years clinical experience and 23 years in an appropriate supervisory role.
