Job Description
The Woodlands Division for J.D. Irving Limited is recruiting for forestry professionals seeking to accelerate their career in the area operations management within opportunities in Harvesting Trucking or Road Construction/Maintenance. In these roles you will demonstrate your leadership in production motivating employees/contractors operational efficiency budgeting and planning safety standards and continuous improvement. Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Forestry Business Engineering or another relevant discipline.
- 5 years of management experience and proven ability to influence others
- Strong safety leadership and business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment present to senior leaders negotiate and problemsolve
- Selfstarter focused on results and driving performance/objectives
- Agile and able to lead change in a fastpaced environment
