Were eager to welcome you to our Experience Success engineering team! Together we will craft the future of our AEM Sites customers!
In collaboration with a larger distributed team of product and engineering experts we build new AEM capabilities striving to deliver outstanding website performance traffic acquisition and user engagement.
As a member of our team youll lead and develop customerfacing SEOfocused strategies that transform manual operations into efficient and automated software.
What will you do
- Discover traffic trends for AEM customers by analyzing meaningful data from various sources. Carry out comprehensive technical SEO audits and improve strategies to optimize crawlability indexability and search rankings demonstrating insights for future automation.
- Learn which recommendations to establish from these trends. Understand the efficiency and impact of these recommendations against wellestablished critical metrics. Lead customer discussions presenting clear recommendations that align with business goals while staying uptodate with industrywide trends and innovations.
- Turn your findings into solid hypotheses that will be meaningful at wider customer scale. Automate your hypotheses into selflearning software features with goal to improve website performance SEO and user experience.
- At any time challenge your and our beliefs. Be ready to prototype iterate fast upon feedback and data throw away and restart as much as needed.
What you need to succeed
- BTech/MS or similar in Computer Sciences or proven achievements in technical SEO web development or a related field. Strong frontend development skills in HTML CSS and JavaScript or Python for automation are highly welcome.
- Deep understanding of technical SEO including crawlability indexability schema markup and page performance with handson experience using SEO tools like Google Search Console Ahrefs and SEMrush.
- Proven handson experience to implement SEO as a key performance metric with a track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic growth.
- Excellent problemsolving skills strong communication and a proactive collaborative approach growing in fastpaced environments.
