In this role you will sell automotive parts to customers through various channels including over the counter through the shop and on the phone. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills a solid understanding of automotive parts and a proven ability to manage multiple sales channels effectively.
Retail Parts Counterperson Compensation and Benefits:
Automotive Parts Counterperson Competitive Pay: 1.752 commission based on parts and labor adjusted gross.
Generous Paid Time Off (PTO):We prioritize worklife balance offering industryleading PTO. New fulltime employees accrue 4 hours per pay period totaling approximately 96 hours in the first year with increases over time.
