Job Description
Description of the role:
Bell & Bell GMC is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team in Little River SC. The Service Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle service needs and ensuring a seamless service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening to and understanding customer needs
- Communicate service recommendations and pricing to customers
- Schedule service appointments and manage service orders
- Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of service jobs
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the service provided
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of automotive service is a plus
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively
