Job Description
Job Title: Dental Insurance Verification Specialist
Salary: $1200$1800 monthly (depending on experience
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9am 6pm EST
The Role
We are looking for two contractors to support our clients new RCM product. This is a longterm remote position.
Responsibilities
- Dental Insurance Verification Experience
- Must have 24 years of previous experience verifying dental insurance.
- Comfortable calling insurance companies to obtain verification when necessary.
- US Time Zone Availability with the ability to work at least 6 hours/day (out of minimum 8 during EST or PST hours.
- Preference for nearfull EST coverage or substantial overlap.
CustomerFacing Experience
- Must be comfortable interacting with clinics and clients.
- Strong English communication skills both spoken and written.
Qualifications
- Experience in a clinicfacing role or similar healthcare setting.
- Strong customer service background or client communication skills.
- Reliable internet and quiet work environment for calls.
- Motivated for a longterm opportunity with a growing workload.
