Coordinator Support
Location: Remote (PH)
Compensation: $1000 $1200/month (depending on experience and location)

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM EST
The WFM Coordinator Support plays a pivotal role in advancing the company s strategic goals emphasizing the following key company objectives:
- Enhance Supplier support of Rainforest with regular communication of everyday and promotional period fill rates and new and discontinued item communications.
- Review and maintain Supplier portal tools with twice monthly updates ensuring information shared with our supplier partners is accurate and uptodate
- Assist Rainforest teams with bettertouse tools including upgrades to price list sharing allocation needs and promotional planned demand updates
Responsibilities of the Role:
Supplier Support:
- New & Discontinued item communication (Monthly): Review Category Review announcements for existing items planned for disco and notify suppliers with each round or round update as required. For any existing items that are to be added to one or more WFM Regions communicate new item information.
- Performance Reporting (Weekly): Run sales data monthly validating strong WFM fill rates.
- Share Promo Performance reporting with suppliers after each promo period.
- Supplier Portal (Biweekly): Verify that all Supplier Portal files are most current versions update as required.
WFM Coordinator Support:
- Generate weekly Short Ship Report for Sr. WFM Coordinator
- Compile weekly Culinary Risk Report info for WFM Culinary Team lead
- Maintain Regional Forager Brand Lists
- Maintain Pending Allocation (new) file and share weekly updates with purchasing
- Create simplified promotion planned demand (new) file for purchasing team
- Track new item to track possible voids
Merchandiser Support:
- Maintain monthly price list file with accurate list of regionally approved items and pricing. Add notes for pending discontinue status
- Maintain Merchandiser Support Portal (new) ensuring document sharing is uptodate including Price Lists Highlight and Incentive Files.
- Share potential new item voids with merchandising team by tracking sales after item launch for DSD brands. Share with merch. teams to follow up with stores ensuring voids are filled quickly.
Expectations of the Role:
- You will actively engage with other members of the WF Coordinators team to understand improve and execute the strategic priorities.
- You will commit to developing accurate and timely supplier and RF team communications
- You will be a selfstarter able to identify and prioritize daily task list
- You will proactively engage with all teams at Rainforest to ensure a seamless flow of communication
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in administrative support sales support or operations ideally within the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Strong proficiency in SAP Asana Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint) Dropbox
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment
