Would you like to work with world leading tech companies in Gothenburg We are looking for new employees for our IT Management consultant team. At Explipro you will have the chance to work with diverse industries clients and explore new technologies.
Our consultants in IT Management grow their career by taking on different roles and assignments by time following the career plans we set up together at Explipro. Therefore we look for new employees with various background to strengthen our team. In the recruitment process you are welcome to talk to one or two of the IT Management team members to learn more.
Example roles
IT Business Analyst / Requirement Engineer / Solution Engineer
Analyze and document the business processes requirements and needs. Produce IT solution proposals or system specifications that meet the needs of the business.
Follow and support the project actively from beginning to end
Project Manager / Business Manager
Project or business management roles
Portfolio Manager / Rollout Manager
Handle multiple projects on a higher level
Business & IT process Engineer
Plan define and recommend processes for business improvement purposes
Data Management Engineer
Lead Data engineering projects and initiatives
Work hands on with data analysis and data engineering projects
Common for several of above roles are that you need to:
Connect and align IT with the business
Set up and lead needed workshops
Manage stakeholders on many different levels
Take a high level of ownership
Depending on the role you will collaborate with Portfolio managers Product managers Project Managers Architects Developers Epic owners Product owners Data Engineers & Analysts and Global Technology Managers.
About you
To succeed it is important that you:
Are analytical and structured
Are good at communication and documentation
Have a strong interest in business development
Are creative and proactive
Have solid experience with ITrelated projects
Are experienced in agile way of working. SAFe is also a great benefit.
Have 10 years of relevant professional experience
Are very skilled in spoken and written English
Swedish is a great advantage

You need to have at least a university degree in engineering IT business administration or computer science.
