Your Mission as a PO Coordinator:
Order Processing and Management: Efficiently process and manage purchase orders ensuring accuracy and adherence to specified timelines and budgets.
Vendor Relations: Maintain strong professional relationships with vendors negotiating terms and managing communications to support project and operational needs.
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels anticipating needs and coordinating with suppliers to restock supplies and manage backorders effectively.
Data Accuracy: Ensure the integrity of purchase order data within our systems updating records and reports as needed to provide accurate tracking and analysis.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments including finance sales and logistics to ensure seamless operations and address any POrelated issues promptly.

What We Require:
- Demonstrated experience in PO management or a similar role ideally within the tech or home services sector
- Superb organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of maintaining beneficial vendor relationships
- Excellent analytical abilities to monitor inventory levels and make datadriven decisions
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and suppliers
- Minimum high school diploma; further education in supply chain management or related fields is preferred
