Tasks
Your Role
Youll spearhead our growth into the upper midmarket and enterprise segments.
- Drive new business: Build and own your sales pipeline proactively sourcing leads through targeted outbound strategic events and leveraging your personal network.
- Endtoend ownership: Run complex sales cycles from discovery and stakeholder alignment (Operations Finance IT CX) through ROI demonstration procurement processes and successful deal closure.
- Collaborate closely: Partner with internal teams to clearly communicate customer insights ensuring our product continues to lead the market in returns management.
- Forecast rigorously: Maintain clear accurate and predictable pipeline forecasting using our CRM (Attio).
Requirements
MustHave Experience
- 5 years selling highvalue SaaS solutions into retail or fashion companies consistently exceeding quotas.
- Demonstrated capability to selfsource a significant portion of your sales pipeline.
- Fluent communication in German and English (additional European languages beneficial).
- Ability to comfortably discuss technical integrations (API workflows) with senior stakeholders including CTOs.
- Strong familiarity with structured enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or BANT.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive decisive thrives in a fastpaced highautonomy startup environment.
NicetoHave Experience
- Familiarity with logistics ecommerce operations or related postpurchase technologies.
- Existing professional network among European retailers logistics providers or relevant ecommerce agencies.
