Overview
The Retail Media position plays a crucial role in driving brand visibility and sales growth through targeted advertising strategies in the retail ecosystem. This role involves developing and implementing media campaigns that resonate with shoppers optimizing ad placements and collaborating closely with both internal teams and external partners. By utilizing data analytics to measure performance and consumer behavior the Retail Media professional helps to maximize the return on investment for media spend while ensuring that brand messaging aligns with the overall business strategy. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and industry trends.
  • Oversee budget allocation for various media channels to maximize ROI.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all materials.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track and report campaign performance.
  • Facilitate training sessions for internal stakeholders on retail media best practices.
  • Benchmark competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
  • Identify opportunities for new campaigns and partnerships to enhance media offerings.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in media planning or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of retail dynamics and consumer purchasing behavior.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience in project management and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and ecommerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with advertising technologies and programmatic media buying.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Experience with A/B testing and audience segmentation techniques.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of SEO PPC and content marketing strategies would be an advantage.
