As an Onboarding Specialist you ll lead the charge in delivering a smooth efficient transition for clients onto the platform. Youll collaborate closely with clients to tailor the software to their needs drive successful adoption through handson training and ensure a seamless implementation process. Acting as a key liaison youll bridge the gap between clients and Digitail s internal teams ensuring topnotch customer satisfaction and longterm retention.
- Team up with sales to capture client needs and expectations ahead of implementation.
- Lead discovery sessions to dig deep into client workflows data structures and needs.
- Configure Digitail to deliver tailored solutions that fit each client s unique requirements.
- Drive the onboarding process training clients to unlock the full potential of the software.
- Support data migration ensuring flawless accuracy and integrity every step of the way.
- Resolve technical issues during implementation escalating to the right teams when necessary.
- Stay proactive with regular checkins to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
- Work with product and engineering to share client feedback and help shape product improvements.
- Collaborate with the CSM team to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to onboarding and beyond.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of veterinary clinic operations and workflows (a huge asset)
- Proven experience in a similar role ideally within SaaS or software implementation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills building rapport and trust with clients comes naturally.
- Strong problemsolving skills to tackle implementation challenges headon.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client implementations independently.
- Techsavvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to emerging technologies.
- Adaptable thriving in a fastpaced environment with everchanging priorities.
