What You ll Be Doing
Be part of our client s team as an Associate Risk Analyst and help assess risk exposure for financial institutions by reviewing regulatory and compliance documents. You ll conduct research summarize findings and support vendor oversight processes that impact realworld financial decisions.

Shift:
- First 8 weeks: 9 AM 6 PM Central Time
- After training: 9 AM 6 PM Philippine Time (with potential adjustments)
- One quarterly meeting: 10 AM 12 PM Central Time

Your Role in the Bigger Picture
- Work in a backoffice role with no direct client or customer engagement
- Support the Risk Analyst Team under the Vendor Services department
- Learn to assess and interpret technical and legal regulatory compliance documents
- Research draft edit summarize and document written reports to help clients assess thirdparty vendor risk
- Progress through a structured training program with defined progressive phases
- Apply feedback while learning new concepts and becoming familiar with templates systems and software
- Develop basic knowledge of regulatory requirements for service provider oversight within financial institutions
- Understand due diligence documentation and ongoing monitoring for compliance
- Learn core legal regulatory and industrystandard best practices for securing confidential data
- Conduct independent internet research to supplement vendor due diligence documentation
- Interpret and document vendor strengths and issues related to regulatory compliance and best practices
- Condense summarize draft and edit complex technical and legal information into clear professional reports
- Ensure consistency with standardized formatting language and grammatical style guidelines
- Communicate findings in a way that meets objectives for financial clients and regulatory entities

What You Bring to the Table
- 1 3 years of relevant work experience
- Advanced skill in drafting and composing documents and reports with strong grammar and punctuation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Ability to learn quickly ask questions and apply constructive feedback
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to conduct thorough and independent internet research
- Capacity to work at a computer for 8 hours a day
- Bachelor s degree in a related field preferred (e.g. English Criminal Justice History)
- Advanced coursework in English or legal writing/composition preferred
