Job Description
Position Title: Marketing Manager
Work Setup: Hybrid
Schedule: Flexi Shift
Salary: Php 150000.00
We re looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our internal marketing efforts and bring Boomering s story to life.
This role is for someone who doesn t just think in campaigns but sees marketing as a tool to build relationships elevate our brand and connect authentically with both local and international audiences.
You ll work together with the Leadership Team to define and amplify our brand voice ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints and position Boomering as a leader in simple smart and humanized outsourcing solutions.
This is a role for someone who s ready to build collaborate and make a longterm impact not just run ads and post on social media.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A MARKETING MANAGER
Your Responsibilities as Marketing Manager would be:
Brand Leadership & Strategy
Develop and lead our internal marketing strategy with a strong focus on building brand awareness and positioning Boomering as a toptier outsourcing provider in global markets.
Evolve and protect our brand voice ensuring it s reflected consistently across all platforms and communications.
Champion storytelling initiatives that reflect the heart of Boomering our people our clients and our impact.
Marketing & Oversight
Lead the planning and of digital and offline campaigns events and outreach efforts that spotlight Boomering s services values and success stories.
Partner with Sales Account Management Recruitment and selected Clients to align marketing with lead generation client acquisition talent branding and employee engagement.
Oversee content creation (blogs social posts newsletters videos etc. that educates engages and inspires.
Analytics & Industry Visibility
Monitor performance metrics and industry trends to guide campaign optimizations and keep us ahead of the curve.
Represent Boomering in relevant industry events webinars and partnerships that strengthen our visibility and network.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Build manage and mentor the marketing team promoting creativity collaboration and growth.
Work crossfunctionally with other departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals and client needs.
Lead Generation & Deliverables
Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Management to design and execute lead generation strategies that drive qualified prospects into the sales pipeline.
Identify and optimize key channels (organic paid partnerships events etc. for scalable lead acquisition.
Create and manage marketing funnels and nurture campaigns that guide leads through the buyer s journey from awareness to conversion.
Track report and present on KPIs such as lead quality conversion rates campaign ROI and engagement metrics to evaluate success and refine future initiatives.
Set and manage clear goals and deliverables across campaigns ensuring marketing efforts translate into measurable business outcomes.
Own the marketing calendar and ensure timely highquality delivery of all marketing initiatives and materials.
Qualifications as Marketing Manager:
Proven experience in marketing leadership 7 years) preferably in the BPO professional services or tech industries
Demonstrated success in developing and managing lead generation strategies and marketing funnels
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g. HubSpot Google Analytics Meta Business Suite etc. to track analyze and optimize campaign performance
Deep understanding of brand building and storytelling especially in a peoplefocused business
Strong digital marketing background (social media content marketing SEO/SEM paid campaigns)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A strategic leader with a handson approach to
