Job Description

Job Summary:

Learning relevant market knowledge sourcing new candidates and regenerate existing candidates from the database using job sites social media and other platforms with the aim of making placements using existing clients.
  • Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the roles/opportunities offered by clients.
  • Screening Candidates for specific roles.
  • Identifying skill sets to match appropriate vacancies.
  • Assessing and responding to the needs of different clients.
  • Networking and advertising to potential candidates using various approved channels.
  • Dealing with general queries on an ad hoc basis.

Requirements

Requirements/ Skills Needed:
  • 3 years of experience in tech recruitment specifically within financial services.
  • Good Networking ability.
  • Confident.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational/administrative skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Able to cope well with pressure.
Additional Job Details:

Setup and Location: WFH/Hybrid
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 06:00 PM UK GMT 04:00 PM 01:00 AM PH Time)
Employment Type: Fulltime

To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any relevant field. 3+ years of proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer. Experienced in sourcing for candidates with an Engineering background . Experienced in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products. Experienced using JobAdder, and other ATS tools. Experienced in CV Formatting, Job Description Writing, and Job posting. Experience in the recruitment process (Profile Checking, Reference Checking, Sourcing, Screening, etc.. Extensive experience in Candidate Mapping. Ability to learn and use other industry-related software. Excellent professional written and verbal English communication skills. Self-starter. Ability to work independently, with very minimal supervision. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills. Ability to work in a flexible, multi-tasking environment. Outstanding time management skills. Attention to detail must be impeccable. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment. Ability to work in a team and develop positive relationships with co-workers. Must be highly organized and prioritize daily workload. Experience in the recruitment process (Profile Checking, Reference Checking, Sourcing, Screening, etc.. Extensive experience in Candidate Mapping. Ability to learn and use other industry-related software. Excellent professional written and verbal English communication skills. Self-starter.
